This eclectic flavoured curry is served with mixtures of “ Farsan “, topped with diced onion , coriander , grated coconut and soft bread or pav slices . Foodies also love the layer of “KAT “ a spicy red oil that makes the dish look devouringly mouth watering



Chorage Misal has introduced Sol Kadhi with Misal. It is a pink coloured appetiser drink from Kokan belt, made from fresh coconut milk, and Kokam juice, Cumen seeds, green chillis and pinch of ginger-garlic add a sweet, sour, tangy and refreshing flavours to it... solkadhi is good for digestion.
